July News & Updates

July is a perfect time of year for those who like to get the most out of their days. The energy in town is almost palpable as Sun Valley’s most highly anticipated events of the summer all converge into a quick yet simultaneously long few weeks of endless opportunities for cultural experiences in the mountains. Our community has managed to pack many of Sun Valley’s signature summer events into one month of non-stop fun.
And, just like the weather, the market for selling and buying homes in Sun Valley is hot with lots of movement on both sides. If you are looking to make an investment, or perhaps sell your home, this is the right time to do it. Contact me today to discuss your ideas.

Top Five Ways To Do It All In July

With a month chock-full of activities, it takes a little strategy to get it all done.

1. Start your day early. The key is to do your outdoor recreating while it’s still cool.

2. Cool off. We have some amazing water holes to jump in here and nothing cools you down like a brisk swim in the river!

3. Hydrate + Nourish. Whether you’re a Grumpy’s burger-and-a-schooner kind of guy or gal or you hit up Bigwood Bread for a Fresh Bowl and some Perrier, it’s important to make sure you have enough calories to keep up your energy!

4. Hit the Town. Whether you’re off to the Wine Auction’s Vine & Dine, Ketch’em Alive, or a Concert at River Run put on your favorite Ketchum casual party attire, get out your cruiser, and bring some layers!

5. Can you say “After Party”? Who wants to go straight home after that much fun? Head to the Warfield rooftop or the Hailey Mint’s patio for a good-old-fashioned nightcap while you watch the sunset.
